On weekdays, you will need to pay £3.00 per day, and on weekends and during the school holidays, you will need to pay £5.00 per day. If you have a gym or water membership, parking will be free, but you will need to register your vehicle beforehand.

How long is Holme Pierrepont Lake?
The Holme Pierrepont Rowing Lake is 1500 metres (0.93 miles) in length – to walk around the entire lake would take around 45 minutes.
Can you walk around Holme Pierrepont?
You can hire a bike or just go for a stroll along the lovely, lakeside paths. The River Trent also runs through the park so there is scope for continuing your walk along the Trent Valley Way walking route.
How long is the regatta lake?
At the heart of the centre is the 2km Regatta Lake with low-level, easy accessible solid concrete pontoon jetties and 5km of perimeter road for safe, land-based training. With a depth of 4m and width of 140m, the lake can be divided into six rowing lanes or nine lanes for sprint canoe or kayak.

Can you canoe on the River Trent?
There’s lots to see if you paddle on the Trent, and with it being such a long river, it’s a great place for a touring adventure or multi-day paddle. The historic and much loved medieval bridge at Swarkestone crosses the river near Derby. It’s a very impressive feat and well worth a paddle under!
