What is the minimum weight to sail a Laser?
Note that the minimum weight for transitioning to the Laser Standard is about 79 kg (175 lbs). Very few full rig sailors can handle the boat at a lighter weight. The typical weight range for a competitive Laser Standard sailor is actually pretty narrow: 175 to 195 lbs.
