Go Fish rules are simple
If there are three or more players, each player is dealt five cards. If there are only two players, deal 7 cards to each. The remaining cards are placed in a pile between all the players.
The player who is “fishing “must have at least one card of the rank that was asked for in their hand. The player who is addressed must hand over all the cards requested. If the player has none, they say, “Go fish!” and the player who made the request draws the top card of the stock and places it in their hand.

Wild: On your turn, play this card to request all cards of a specific color from a specific player’s hand. That player must give all cards of that color, including Draw 2, Skip, and Reverse cards. If the asked player has no cards of that color, the asking player must “Go fish” and end her turn.
Go Fish is over when one player runs out of cards or there are no more cards in the pool. The winner is then determined by who has the most piles or suits of cards in front of them.
What happens when you run out of cards in Go Fish?
If you run out of cards before the game ends (which will happen if you pair your last card by asking for it or drawing it from the stock), you draw 7 from the stock (or the remainder of the stock if there are 7 or fewer cards in it) to replenish your hand. Your turn then continues.
