How to use riverboat London?
If you don’t have an Oyster card or contactless payment card, you can buy a ticket from a ticket office seller or a machine on the pier before boarding the boat. Tickets are also available on the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers website or the Uber app.

Yes, there is a direct ferry departing from Waterloo, London Eye Waterloo Pier and arriving at Tower Hill, Tower Pier. Services depart hourly, and operate every day. The journey takes approximately 20 min.

At the venue: it is possible to buy tickets on the day of your visit. On arrival at the London Eye you will see the ticket offices sitting directly in front of the wheel.
