You can take a boat tour with Kapp’n in Animal Crossing: New Horizons by visiting your island’s Pier in the bottom left or bottom right of the map, depending on the layout. Simply walk up to Kapp’n on the Pier and he’ll ask for you for a small fee of 1,000 Nook Miles currency per round-trip to a mysterious island!
Kapp’n won’t appear on your island unless and until you’ve made some progress in the base game (the part of the game that existed before the 2.0 update).
