Does The London Dungeon Boat Ride have a drop?
The boat ride at the start has a small drop, you are facing backwards but the decline is not very big at all. The ride at the end has a drop, which could be scary If you do not like that kind of thing, although, In saying that it does only drop you once.

If you do choose to ride, the drop is 10 metres and happens 3 times.
Is there a weight limit at London Dungeon?
Due to restrictions at The London Dungeon we can only admit wheelchairs if they are less than 300kg with both user and wheelchair weight included. Wheelchairs must not be over the width of 27 inches wide and must be able to navigate tight angles and uneven flooring.

How long does it take to go around London Dungeons?
The tours last approximately 50 minutes no matter what time you enter. This is excluding queuing times which may vary.
Does The London Dungeon have jump scares?
We are a highly sensory experience with dark spaces, loud noises, flashing/strobe lights, pungent smells and jump scares.
Can I take a bag into London Dungeon?
You will then be screened by one of the team. Please note: We do not accept suitcases or large items of hand luggage into this attraction. If you arrive with these items you will be directed to left luggage services at Charing Cross station. Backpacks up to a 30litre capacity will be permitted.

There are two rides and on one you do get wet. The other ride makes your tummy leap and your hair stand on end (you’ll photographic proof after!) Before you start your tour you do have to pass live cockroaches and rats.
What is inside The London Dungeon?
The London Dungeon is a more gruesome version of Madame Tussauds. The attraction consists of a series of set scenes reproducing chilling aspects of medieval London. Expect lots of darkness, dripping water, skeletons, caged rats, tolling bells etc to add to the atmosphere.

Why is the London Eye closed?
Yes, London Eye generally closes during January for annual maintenance work. Our Annual Maintenance dates are scheduled as Monday 10th – 23rd January 2022.
