Sometimes, when hunting in shallow water, they capture the fish in their beaks. Bald Eagles will also occasionally pirate, or steal, fish from Ospreys or other piscivorous, or fish-eating, birds. As you can see, Bald Eagles are very resourceful when it comes to finding a meal!
